An integral part of most group practices is the coordination
of vacation time. Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia allows you to track vacation time
with its integrated Vacation Schedule.
Each vacation record displays the group vacation status for each day the vacation
spans. Each group / division can be configured with a maximum number on vacation
for any given day. Any vacations put on after the maximum has been reached fall
into the alternate category and are assigned an alternate position on a first-come-first-served
basis. If a vacation is canceled, the first alternate position automatically drops
from its alternate position and becomes a regular vacation.
The Vacation Schedule is integrated into the Case Schedule so that vacation time
is shown on the printed Case Schedule.
Vacations can also be assigned special "tags". These tags can denote special considerations
such as holidays. Tags are created and maintained by you.
