THE PROVIDER PORTAL
for Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia
 
The Provider Portal is an add-on product for the Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia system.
 This innovative web interface allows providers to get their schedules at their convenience from wherever they may be. The Provider Portal will empower providers to access critical information such as late scheduling changes from home, a hospital or from their web enabled cell phones and PDA’s. The Portal connects to the information generated by the Snap Scheduling for Anesthesia program keeping providers aware and connected while permitting a reduction in time consuming calls to the scheduling office.


Providers can request vacation time, Call or communicate with the schedulers using the Communications Center. It eliminates the hassle of having to have to call the scheduling office and wait on hold until someone is free to help you.

Requests can be submitted any time. A scheduler (or Call Administrator in the case of Call Requests) can respond to your request when they're available.
